Most people love fall, but for me, it becomes challenging when the day hits; the weather transitions to brisker mornings, shorter days that get dark and quieter and you just know. There’s something about the transition from Summer to Fall that always feels a little more intense, which involves mixed emotions. I want to help keep grounded by keeping myself busy with fun fall activities. I know that there is so much to do and be grateful for in this season of change. The fall foliage, baking goodies, pumpkin everything, the beautiful outfits, mountain road trips, sitting by the fire pit, and the lovely fall scents. There are too many to list.
